Privacy and Personal Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance Statement.

At QuickFX Limited we are committed to protecting our customers, suppliers and our staff’s personal data. The new UK law General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25/5/2018 and it will be in line with similar changes made within the European Union. This will make it a legal requirement for us to protect your personal data and to obtain your permission before we share your personal data with any third party. (This data could be contact details and other information that we will need for the purpose of doing business with you). To comply with the law, we have put additional internal processes in place. All our staff receive training and guidance on how to protect your personal data. For your protection we have also written this commitment into the contracts we hold with all our suppliers. We also have specific undertakings from the suppliers of our computer software, hardware and external cloud services that your personal data will remain secure, at all times. We will not knowingly share your data with any third party other than, for the purpose of providing you with our products and services. The information you give us may be made available to the authorities as required by UK law, but we will not share or sell your information to any third parties without first seeking your specific permission to do so. You can request that we give access to your data, you can amend your data or remove your data from our files and systems at any time. To do so please contact our Data Protection Officer.
